The Fairmont Olympic continues its celebrated Winemaker Dinner Series with an evening of Burgundian refinement. Laurent Drouhin, carrying forward the legacy of Maison Joseph Drouhin, shares stories from the vineyard while guests savor thoughtfully paired wines. A seasonal four-course menu, crafted with intention, brings out the nuances of each pour — creating a dining experience that embodies craftsmanship, heritage, and discovery.
